Helen is a passionate psychologist with over 25 years experience. She provides an eclectic approach to therapy incorporating the body and mind.

1985 – 1987 – Macquarie University – Bachelor of Arts, Psychology.
1988 – University of Sydney Master of Arts (Pass), Psychology.
1996 – 1998 – Jansen Newman Institute, Sydney. Graduate Diploma in Individual Psychotherapy and Relationship Counselling, Psychology.
1999 – Australasian College of Sexual Health Physicians, Sydney – Diploma in Sexual Health Counselling, Psychology.
2004 – Australian College of Somatic Psychotherapists, Sydney – Certificate in Somatic Psychotherapy
2007 – 2010 – Australian Radix Training Centre, Melbourne – Certificate in Radix Body Centred Psychotherapy
INTERESTS AND EXPERIENCE
Helen’s specialties include depression, anxiety, alcohol and/or other drug issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, relationship issues, sexual difficulties, parenting issues and workplace stress.
In 2001 she left her home town of Sydney and headed to the tropical north, with her life and practice based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
